exceed the expectations of customers

I was in Japan, Fukuoka last week. And it was my first time to this fukuoka city. I just love everything in japan, the culture, the service, the people, the fashion and the weather during their winter. Maybe we can learn their excellent service for CASSIS Collections?
The service quote - exceed the expectations of customers.
one good example, i dined in one of the restaurant, waited for the food, i had the urge to visit the washroom. i walked to the counter, before i even reach the counter, let alone open my mouth to ask for directions, the waitress came up to me, and WALKED me to the ladies!! i was totally impressed! I promise Cassis will be working to this service standard. =)
